About Natural Honey
Every natural honey crystallizes over time. This is a completely natural process and a sign that the honey is authentic and unprocessed. During crystallization the texture, colour and flavour may change slightly.
Even two beehives standing next to each other can produce honey that looks different. Bees decide which flowers they collect nectar from and in what proportions, which makes every honey naturally unique.
Product photos are for reference only. For example, rapeseed honey may contain a very high percentage of rapeseed nectar or about 70%. In both cases it is still rapeseed honey, but the colour and texture may vary.
The same applies to raspberry honey. It is not red because it is made from raspberry flower nectar, not from raspberry juice.
