Goldendrops Forest Honey - Bulk Jar

A larger quantity of our raw forest honey, sustainably harvested from diverse flora around our apiary at 97A Kneeton Rd, Nottinghamshire.

Product Highlights:

  • Economical size: 1200 g jar for regular users

  • Wildflower origin: from oak, linden and blackberry blossoms

  • Minimal processing: never heated or fine filtered

  • Natural variations: available liquid or crystallized

Suggested Uses:

  • Everyday sweetening for beverages

  • Baking and cooking ingredient

  • Breakfast topping for toast or pancakes

Important Notes:

  • Not suitable for infants under 12 months

  • Store at room temperature

  • Natural product, texture and color vary seasonally

  • Every natural honey crystallizes over time. This is a completely natural process and a sign that the honey is real and unprocessed. During crystallization the texture, color and even the taste of the honey may change slightly.

Even two beehives standing next to each other can produce honey that looks different. Bees decide themselves which flowers they collect nectar from and in what proportions, which makes every honey naturally unique.

Product photos are for reference only. For example, rapeseed honey may contain a very high percentage of rapeseed nectar (sometimes around 99% in large monoculture areas) or about 70%. In both cases it is still rapeseed honey, but the color and texture may vary.

The same applies to raspberry honey. It is not red because it is made from raspberry flower nectar, not from raspberry juice. That is why its color is light, like typical nectar honey.
