  • Diverse wildflowers (complex flavor notes)

• Versatile Use: Ideal for cooking, baking and spreading
• Texture: Smooth consistency that spreads easily
• Practical Size: 470g glass jar

About This Honey:

  • Color may vary between batches

  • Crystallization rate depends on storage conditions

  • Reflects seasonal floral availability

Important Notes:

  • Not for infants under 12 months

  • Store in cool, dry place

  • Natural product - characteristics may vary

  • Every natural honey crystallizes over time. This is a completely natural process and a sign that the honey is real and unprocessed. During crystallization the texture, color and even the taste of the honey may change slightly.

Even two beehives standing next to each other can produce honey that looks different. Bees decide themselves which flowers they collect nectar from and in what proportions, which makes every honey naturally unique.

Product photos are for reference only. For example, rapeseed honey may contain a very high percentage of rapeseed nectar (sometimes around 99% in large monoculture areas) or about 70%. In both cases it is still rapeseed honey, but the color and texture may vary.

The same applies to raspberry honey. It is not red because it is made from raspberry flower nectar, not from raspberry juice. That is why its color is light, like typical nectar honey.
