Your parcel – delivery information
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after payment has been received. The exception is orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend – these are sent together on Monday.
Handling fees are fixed and cover the cost of packaging and preparing your items for dispatch.
Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the courier’s rates.
We recommend combining items into a single order – we are unable to merge separate orders, so each one will incur its own delivery charge.
Your parcel will be sent at your responsibility, but we make every effort to ensure that fragile items are properly protected.
We use sturdy packaging materials:
