H1 is a varietal honey made primarily from rapeseed nectar. It has a light colour and creamy, quick-crystallising texture.
Our bees are not placed on monoculture crops, allowing for healthier hives and diverse forage.
Varietal honeys do not need to be 100% from a single plant to be classified as such – this remains true rapeseed honey.
